Yep you can cellphone service, unlocking means you can just pop out the sim card and buy a sim card aborad and get service.. it doesn't mess with your AT&T contract or anything.

still figuring this format out, guess this is better than throwing a thousand threads on post. But yeah, thats awesome reserve-o plus going 1811 (I'm guessing). I check USAJOBS pretty often, I'm pretty open to a lot of "3 letter agencies" (awesome term by the way) I figure I paid for the GI Bill might as well use it + live abroad + plus learn a language (hopefully)... I mean might as well get my money worth, DOD made damn sure they did lol. We'll see I guess. Gotta know where have been your favorite travel so far?
