Many places are always looking for native speakers. But certainly with certification, your opportunities will be plentiful. You can test the waters and go to lingobongo.com and put up a free ad (pretending for the time being that you live in madrid, barcelona, or berlin) and see who bites. Also, join a facebook group called multilinkual and post something there too. Check out their site as well. Also, go here http://www.segundamano.es and post an ad titled "clases de ingles" and see who bites.
