Visa for Czech

hi, i feel like i've read a thread about this already, and I hate to be redundant if this has been answered, but I just can't find where I read it!
I am thinking about going into the Czech republic on my spinrg/summer backpacking jaunt, and I heard that Canadians need a visa to enter the country. Does anyone know where to get them and how much they might cost? I would really like to experience this country, and I hate to miss out on it! Thanks.
