Hey there!
I'm planning this pretty long trip (six months to a year, or longer if all goes well), and I was hoping to help fund it by playing my guitar and singing overseas. I'm an American citizen, and was wondering if I needed a work permit or visa to busk legally? I'd be busking mainly in the UK, I'm thinking, and probably within the European Union.
I wasn't sure if they would arrest me for illegally working or something if I just started playing. I figure that at worst they'd just tell me to stop, but I wanted to make sure.
